Integrationen
POS systems
Two-way Lightspeed integration today; Square POS and Toast on the roadmap.
Linking your POS to DineOS gives you per-reservation revenue, server-level analytics in reports, and a single place to look up what a guest spent on a previous visit.
Lightspeed (live)
The Lightspeed integration is two-way. Tickets opened from a seated reservation are linked back to the booking automatically; revenue, tips and item-level detail are attributed to the reservation when the ticket closes.
- 1
Generate a Lightspeed API token
In your Lightspeed back-office, navigate toSettings → API accessand generate a personal access token with thetickets:readandtickets:linkscopes. - 2
Connect from DineOS
InSettings → Integrations → Lightspeed, paste the token and select the matching Lightspeed location. DineOS verifies the credentials and shows a green check. - 3
Map your tables
Tables in Lightspeed need to be mapped to tables in your DineOS floor plan. The mapping wizard suggests matches by name; tweak as needed and save. - 4
Confirm a test ticket
Open a test ticket on a seated reservation in Lightspeed. Within seconds the reservation in DineOS shows the linked ticket and live spend.
